Hello! There are already some video tutorials available like this http://youtu.be/ECKNSDAG8e0. However I dont recommend doing nail enhancements by yourself if you do not know how to properly apply or remove them. Poorly applied extensions and enhancements can do permanent/ or at the very least, temporary damage to the nail or cause mold/infection if you don’t know how to properly clean prep complete or remove them!

Hello! Yes you can! As long as they aren’t too eaten away/ broken you don’t have to remove them ever! I’ve had my same ones for over a month now and I just have to fill them every other week or as needed! The trick is to use non acetone polish remover, Acetone eats away the resin! Also If they crack or feel week you may just have to patch certain areas or just do another overlay.
